1. Cancellation Policy
A. Free Cancellation Period
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund (100%)
- 12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
B. Special Cases
- Airport Transfers & Long-Distance Rentals:
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
- Less than 12 hours: 25% refund.
- No refund if canceled within 2 hours of pickup.
- Same-Day Bookings:
- Cancellation within 1 hour of booking: Full refund.
- After 1 hour: No refund.
No Refund Cases
- No-show (customer not present at pickup location)
- Booking misuse (wrong pickup details, unauthorized drivers)
- Damage or violation of rental terms
2. Refund Policy
A. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
B. Partial Refunds
If a booking is canceled during the trip (early return), refunds will be calculated based on unused rental time.
3. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or extreme weather:
- Full refund (with valid proof)
- Rescheduling option (subject to availability)
